Cigar Tent & Table Service

2 Hour Minimum /$100 each additional hour)
Our 10 x 10 pop-up tent provides the ideal aesthetic, while providing a designated smoking area, if needed. It is great for corporate events, weddings, bridal showers, golf outings, outdoor BBQ’s, tailgating, parties, etc.
Fee for cigars is separate, starting at $5 each (minimum quantity 20)
Cigar Table Station (Cut & Light Service)

Is your event indoors? Our table service can be utilized to provide an ideal cigar smoking experience. We will assist your guests with cigar selection and even instruct them on how to cut and smoke it.

Beverage Station

2 Hour Minimum / $50 each additional hour
Add our non-alcoholic beverage service to your next event for smokers and non-smokers. Guests can enjoy a variety of coffees, teas, cocoa, or hot cider. Flavored syrups, creamers and sugar included.
Choose Your Service Style
Hosted Cigar Station
Treat your guests to a complimentary cigar station. You select the cigars that you want served and have Ash & Cedar on hand to cut and light them.
Unattended Cigar Station*
Ash & Cedar will set up a display with prepaid cigars, matches and ashtrays and will return (at a pre-determined time) to pick up the displays.
*Additional deposit required. All property of Ash & Cedar must be returned in its original condition, in which case deposit will be returned within 7 business days. Deposit will be forfeited if any items are damaged or missing.
Guest-Pay Cigar Station
Give your guests the opportunity to purchase from a wide variety of cigars. Ash & Cedar will be available to cut and light.
